1. Processing time

Order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (EST) Monday – Friday.

After receiving your order, please allow up to 1-3 days for your order to be processed (Monday-Friday).

Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.

During sales and holidays, processing time may take a few additional business days before delivery.

2. Delivery time

All items will be shipped after processing. Estimated shipping time is 7-15 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an order notification email including tracking information.

However, Nerstilltshirt.store is not responsible for delays in delivery due to some reasons such as weather, natural disasters, etc.

3. Delivery costs

Standard shipping per order $6.99.

4. Shipment restrictions

We offer shipping to all 50 US states.

5. Shipping method

6. Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking identification number and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your ID, please check our delivery confirmation email.

7. Product is damaged or defective

If upon delivery you find your order is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours. The customer service representative will provide you with the next steps for resolution.

8. Address is incorrect

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes as it is currently being shipped by the carrier. However, you can contact the carrier (found in the e-mail) to request any updates.

If your order has not been shipped, we can amend the order for you. Contact us now at [email protected] and we can see if we can update your details before your order ships.

Please note, we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made due to the high volume of orders we deliver on a daily basis. If the delivery address is incorrect, we cannot refund your purchase or replace the goods.

9. Return to sender

If your parcel is automatically returned to sender by the postal service, our returns team will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Please note, return to sender fees will be deducted from any compensation received. We are unable to process refunds for parcels returned to sender.
