You can request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving the product. After this period, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error in our order processing.

To ensure the rights of customers, we accept the benefits of requesting a refund in the following cases:

  • The product is defective in production or damaged during operation: If you receive a product with any technical errors or the product is damaged during the transition, you can request a refund of the goods and money.
  • Products do not match the description or order: In case you receive a product that is not the same as the description on the website or different from the order you placed, we will support you to return or exchange the product.

3. Conditions for products to be returned

To ensure that we can process your return request quickly and conveniently, please include the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of use, misuse or repair.
  • The product must have all original labels and packaging attached.
  • Customers need to provide a purchase invoice or proof of purchase when requesting a return.

  • Sending paid products: Please pack the product carefully to avoid damage during shipping. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product (except in cases of Nerstilltshirt.store fault).

5. Refund Method

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the product status and issue a refund if the product meets the above requirements. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the time we confirm valid payment for the product.

Refunds will be made according to the payment method you used to place your order, including:

  • PayPal Refund (if you paid via PayPal).
  • Payoneer Refund (if you paid via Payoneer).

Please note that the time it takes for the money to reach your account may vary depending on your bank or payment institution.

6. Ineligible Products

For Returns We do not accept returns in the following cases:
